2013 - A Fresh Start
Became a licensed Realtor®, bringing a passion for service and a client-first approach to the Central Texas market.
2015 - Forming ARK Property Team
Partnered with Donna Ciccarelli to create ARK Property Team—Act of Random Kindness—built on trust, collaboration, and exceptional client care.
2016 – Joining Realty Austin
Moved to Realty Austin to leverage a strong team, cutting-edge technology, and a nationwide referral network for clients.
2023 – Realty Austin Merges with Compass
The merger expanded reach nationwide, giving Richard the ability to help clients relocate in and out of Austin with ease. Additionally, agents in other cities now had a trusted realtor in Austin that they could refer their clients to.
